Yeah, I've been using one for a few months now. The 6.5-amp motor is pretty powerful, and it's made a lot of tasks easier around the house.
I also have the BEHD201, and I really like it! It has a good balance between power and weight, which makes it perfect for DIY projects at home.
The TechReviewer article Overview of the Black+Decker BEHD201 Drill provides an in-depth analysis of the Black+Decker BEHD201 drill. You might find it helpful to read more about its features and performance before making a decision.
That's great to hear! Thanks for sharing your experiences, guys. I'll definitely check out the Overview of the Black+Decker BEHD201 Drill article you mentioned, @WarlikePenguin. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for using this drill effectively?
One thing I've noticed is that the keyless chuck makes it really easy to switch out bits. And it's pretty durable - I haven't had any issues with it breaking or wearing down.
True, the chuck size is also 1/2-inch, which allows for a variety of drill bits and attachments. As for tips, always make sure you're using the right bit for the task at hand to avoid damaging your drill or the material you're working on.
Another thing I've found helpful is to keep the drill lubricated. Regular maintenance can help prolong its lifespan and ensure it's always running smoothly.
Thanks again for all the input, everyone! Based on what you've shared, I think the BEHD201 might be a good choice for me. I'll go ahead and purchase one and give it a try. If anyone has any other suggestions or experiences to share, please feel free to chime in!
