I'm looking for a new drill for some DIY projects around the house. Has anyone had experience with the Bosch PS31?
Bosch PS31 for DIY Projects?

Yeah, I've been using it for quite some time now and it's pretty good. It's lightweight which makes it easy to handle, especially during longer sessions.
I've tried the Bosch PS31 drill, but for me, it didn't perform well on heavier materials. It seemed fine for lighter tasks like putting up shelves or drilling into drywall, but anything more than that was a struggle.
You might want to check out this article about the Bosch PS31 drill Overview of the Bosch PS31 Drill. It gives a comprehensive overview of its features and performance. The author does a great job explaining everything in detail.
Thanks for sharing the link, @Lizzard81! I'm interested in the power specifications of the Bosch PS31. Could you tell me more about that?
Sure, @WickedDivinity. It has a 12-volt motor and its battery is estimated to be around 24 watt-hours. That should give you quite a bit of runtime for your projects.
Also, keep in mind the drill's chuck size, which is 3/8 inch. I've found that it works well with most standard drill bits.
Great, thanks! I'll definitely check out the link you provided and see if this drill might be a good fit for my needs. I'm still not sure about the best battery capacity for me, though.
Well, @WickedDivinity, it really depends on the projects you're planning to do. If you think you'll need more power and longer runtime, you might want to go with a higher capacity battery. But if you're mostly doing smaller tasks, a lower capacity battery should be sufficient.
That's true. And remember that the heavier the battery, the more weight you'll have to carry around, so it might affect your comfort during longer sessions.
Thanks for all the input, everyone! I think I'll read up more on the Bosch PS31 and see if it suits my needs. Appreciate the help!
