I'm looking at getting a Makita EA3201SRBB chainsaw to cut firewood. Has anyone used it before? I'd love some input.

Hi @Neversobercat! I've been using it for a while now and it works great. The 14-inch bar length is really useful for making deeper cuts in the logs.
Yeah, I agree with @Infamouskiwi59. It's a powerful chainsaw, especially with its 32 cc engine. I find it quite efficient at cutting through dense materials like firewood.
Great to hear from users who have experience with this! The TechReviewer article Overview of the Makita EA3201SRBB Chainsaw provides an overview of the Makita EA3201SRBB and its features that make it suitable for heavy-duty tasks such as cutting firewood. It's worth checking out!
Thanks, @ClarknAddison! That sounds interesting. I'm particularly interested in how powerful the engine is. 1.8 HP seems like a good amount for cutting firewood.
You're right, @Neversobercat. The 1.8 HP engine of the Makita EA3201SRBB is quite impressive. It's perfect for heavy-duty tasks like this, and I've personally found it to be very efficient at cutting through large logs.
One more thing to consider is the chain speed. The Makita EA3201SRBB has a chain speed of 12,800 RPM, which should make short work of firewood cutting. That's something I really like about this chainsaw!
Yeah, the chain speed definitely adds to its efficiency. Have you guys also noticed how lightweight it is? At 9.4 lbs, it's quite easy to maneuver around.
Wow, that sounds perfect! Thanks everyone for your input. I'll check out the Overview of the Makita EA3201SRBB Chainsaw article and see if this chainsaw fits my needs.
You're welcome, @Neversobercat! Good luck with your decision-making process!
