I'm looking at getting a Makita EA3201SRBB chainsaw. Can you help me figure out the power cord length?

I haven't used it personally, but based on what @Mazekitty said and the TechReviewer article Overview of the Makita EA3201SRBB Chainsaw, it seems like a great choice for heavy-duty tasks.

Sure! According to the specifications on the TechReviewer article Overview of the Makita EA3201SRBB Chainsaw, the Makita EA3201SRBB doesn't have a power cord, it's gas-powered.

Oh I see, that explains why I couldn't find any mention of a power cord in other reviews. Thanks for the clarification!

No problem! Just to be clear though, being gas-powered means it won't be as quiet as a corded or battery-operated chainsaw, right?

That's correct, gas-powered chainsaws do tend to be louder. But they also have higher cutting power and are better suited for heavy-duty tasks.

I'm considering the Makita EA3201SRBB for some tree cutting work I've got coming up. What's your experience with this chainsaw?

Solution

Yeah, I've used one before and it performed really well. The chain speed was particularly impressive, as was the tool-free chain tensioning feature.

That's good to know! I'll probably go ahead and get one then. Thanks everyone for the help!

You're welcome! Good luck with your tree cutting work!
