Makita XCU06Z Chain Saw Weight?

I'm looking at getting a new chainsaw and was wondering if the Makita XCU06Z is any good. What do you think?

That's correct. Also, it has a brushless motor which means it's more efficient and durable than some other chainsaws I've looked at. Plus, the 10-inch bar length should be perfect for most tasks around the house or garden. And, there's an article discussing it in more detail Overview of the Makita XCU06Z Chainsaw.

It's pretty decent! The power type is battery-powered, which is super convenient since there's no need for cords.

Thanks for the info! The weight is also something I'm concerned about. It weighs 6.6 lbs, which doesn't seem too bad. Have you guys had any experience with this one?

Yeah, I've used a Makita chainsaw before and it was lightweight and easy to handle. The 6.6 lb weight of the XCU06Z should be quite manageable.

That's good to know! I'm leaning towards getting it, but I still want to do some more research on other options too. I'll check out a couple of other chainsaws and see if anything else catches my eye.

Sounds like a plan! I'll let you guys know what I decide once I've done my comparisons.

Sure thing, happy to help! If you have any more questions or need some advice in the future, feel free to ask.
