I've had one for a few months now and I really like it. There's a great article discussing its features in detail at Overview of the Makita XCU08Z Chainsaw. You might find it helpful!

Yeah, it's pretty decent! It has a cutting capacity with a chain speed of 65.67 FPS which seems quite good.

That's super useful! It looks like the brushless motor optimizes cutting efficiency, which is a plus for me.

Hey, just wanted to jump in and say that I also had a great experience with this chainsaw. The 14-inch bar length gives you a lot of versatility!

Thanks for sharing your experiences! I'm thinking about the weight of the Makita XCU08Z - it's pretty light at 10.2 lbs, right? How has that been for you?

Yeah, the weight is perfect for me! It makes it easy to carry around and use for extended periods.

Awesome, thanks everyone for sharing their thoughts on this chainsaw!
