Thank you for the information, @ignatiousp. I found an article on TechReviewer discussing this tool in more detail. Check it out if you're interested: Overview of the Bosch CCS180B Circular Saw

Hi @IAmKyleWinters, I have used it and can tell you that it offers a 90-degree max cut depth of 2 inches and a 45-degree max cut depth of 1-9/16 inches. The saw is quite powerful and easy to handle.

Solution

Thanks a lot, @ignatiousp and @calixreddit! The article seems really helpful. So does that mean it's suitable for making basic cuts around the house like cutting plywood or trimming molding?

@IAmKyleWinters, yes, it should work well for those tasks. It's not the most powerful saw out there, but it's more than capable for DIY purposes.

That's good to know. I've been considering getting one for my woodworking projects. Anyone have any experience with the battery life on this model?

@ignatiousp, you might want to check out some user reviews online or ask people in your local hardware store about battery life. I'm not sure about that aspect.

As for the battery life, it's decent but depends on the tasks and how much power is required. For lighter cutting jobs, you can expect a longer runtime. But if you're using it to cut through thicker materials, the battery will drain faster.

Thanks for the input, everyone. I think I'll go ahead and try one out. Hopefully, I won't have any issues with the battery life on my projects.
