I've been looking into getting a new cordless drill and came across the Craftsman CMCF800C1. Has anyone used it or knows about its max speed?

Thanks for sharing that link, @Beto1989. I'm curious how the 0-2,800 RPM compares to other drills in this price range?

I've used a few different cordless drills and I'd say the CMCF800C1 is pretty competitive. The RPM might not be the highest out there, but it still gets the job done.

Yeah, I agree with @eightleggedrabbit. It's not the fastest drill on the market, but it's definitely reliable and easy to use.

That's good to know. Does anyone have any experience using it for heavier duty tasks like drilling into concrete?

I haven't tried that personally, but from what I've read, you might need a more powerful drill for heavier duty tasks like that. The CMCF800C1 is great for everyday DIY projects and lighter tasks though.

@Teenagershelp is right. This drill is perfect for general use around the house, but if you're doing professional work or tackling heavy-duty jobs, you might need something more powerful.

I've also found that the battery life is decent on this drill. It lasts me through most of my projects without needing a recharge.

That's good to hear. How long did it take for the battery to drain completely when you were using it heavily?

I haven't noticed any issues with the battery draining quickly. It seems to last a decent amount of time, even under heavy use.

Same here. The battery life is definitely one of the highlights of this drill for me.

Thanks everyone for your input! Based on what you've said, it sounds like the CMCF800C1 is a reliable choice for a cordless drill. I'll probably go ahead and get one!

Great decision, @ivkoglupko! You won't be disappointed with the Craftsman CMCF800C1. Good luck with your new drill!
