Hey everyone, has anyone used the Skil CR541802 circular saw? I'm considering it for some hardwood and softwood cutting projects around my house.

I've been using it for a few months now, and it works great! The 5-1/2 inch blade is perfect for most of my cuts. You can find more details in the TechReviewer article Overview of the Skil CR541802 Circular Saw.
That's interesting. What kind of power does it have? Can it handle cutting through hardwood?
It has a no-load speed of 4,200 RPM and a 4 amp-hour battery, which makes it pretty powerful for a cordless saw. I've used it on both hardwood and softwood without any issues.
That's good to hear! How does the weight of the saw affect its maneuverability? I'm worried about being tired from carrying it around.
The Skil CR541802 weighs 4.78 lbs, which is a bit heavy compared to some other cordless saws, but it's manageable for me. The freedom from an extension cord is worth the extra weight.
Thanks for the input! I'm also curious about the depth adjustments and bevel angle range. How easy are they to use?
The depth adjustments are pretty straightforward, and the bevel angle range goes up to 50 degrees, which gives you a lot of flexibility when it comes to making angled cuts.
You're welcome! Let me know how you like it once you get it. Good luck with your projects!
