Skil SPT78W-01 for DIY Projects?

I'm thinking of getting a circular saw for some DIY projects around the house. Has anyone used the Skil SPT78W-01? What are your thoughts?

I've been using it for a while now and it's great! It's quite powerful with its 15 amps motor. The blade size is also good at 8-1/4 inches, which allows me to make deeper cuts.

That's interesting! But what about the corded nature of this saw? I was looking for something more mobile for my projects.
