Yeah, I've used one before and it works pretty well. The no-load speed is 12,000 OPM which seems great for most tasks.

Hey @stumpjumper76, did you know the TechReviewer article Overview of the Black+Decker BDERO200AEV Sander gives a comprehensive analysis of this sander's features? You might find it useful!

Oh really, thanks @benjavision! That sounds like a great resource. I was wondering about the corded aspect of it though. Does anyone have experience with that?

I've used the BDERO200AEV for some time and found it quite handy. The 2.4 amp rating provides good power, and the dust collection feature keeps my workspace clean.

That's good to know @bikerjesusguy. The pad size is 5 inches, right? I'm not sure if that will be enough for the projects I have in mind.

I've had mine for a few months now and I love it! The ergonomics of the design are really great. It's perfect for my DIY woodworking projects at home.

Thanks everyone for the input. One last question, does anyone use extra accessories with this sander? I'm wondering if it's worth getting more discs or attachments.
